Onefolio is run by a small team in Bengaluru. We collect the minimum data needed to give you a profile and inbox - nothing more.
What we store
- Your email. Used as your sign-in identity and to send your one-time codes. Stored in our Google Sheets backend.
- Your profile content. Name, bio, portfolio, social links, and everything else you publish. This is public by definition - it's the page visitors see at
onefolio.app/yourhandle. - Anonymized view + click counts. Page views and button clicks on your profile, with timestamps. No IPs, no fingerprints, no third-party trackers.
- Leads sent to you. Visitor name, email, and message submitted via "Get in touch". Visible only to you.
What we don't do
- No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Posthog).
- No advertising trackers.
- No data sale, sharing, or licensing.
- No long-term retention of one-time codes - they're hashed and deleted on first use.
Sign-in codes and lead notifications are sent from a transactional sender. We don't add you to any marketing list.
Deletion
Delete your profile from the dashboard at any time - it removes your row, your leads, and your sessions from our backend within seconds.
